Not great as the other but I took advantage. I am trying to steer clear of commercial gyms and I travel. This gym is perfect for those serious about fitness. Great machines ! A bit of a commute for me but being able to access a smaller, very clean gym is great !
There were people of all different shapes and sizes and no one was paying any attention to anyone else except themselves or whoever they came to the gym with. All in all, I felt totally comfortable and got a good workout in… as my sore body is telling me today.

The experience of working out there has been amazing! The trainers and staff are super energetic and friendly! Great environment for high intensity workouts and fun at the same time!

If they would just lower the blinds it could help a lot. The other problem which I suppose the gym has pelo control over is the customers. There can be some really rough types who come in sweaty and loud, ready to take over the place. Also in the A.M. the entire front area is taken over by a large group of old men who sit around gossiping, drinking coffee and staring at women exercise. I know it’s not a big deal but its annoying. The gym seems to encourage it by setting up chairs in front. That being said the gym Verifique Aqui is pretty nice and they have tanning and classes to boot.

If you like taking fitness classes, the ones at this location on generally smaller and less frequent. That makes for more individual attention, but less energy at times. It’s all up to preference at this point!
